This Amended and Restated Administrative Shareholder Services Agreement is made as of May 30, 2023 between Edward Jones Money Market Fund, a Massachusetts business trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of each series set forth on Schedule A hereto, as amended from time to time (each, a “Fund”), and Edward D.
