United Parcel Service Inc. (“UPS” or “Company”) and the Teamsters UPS National Negotiating Committee, representing Local Unions affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (“Union”) agree that the National Master UPS Agreement (“NMA”) and the applicable Supplement, Rider and local Addendum (“SRA”) shall apply to employees described in Section 1 below, except as specifically modified by the provisions of this Addendum. To the extent there is any specific conflict between this Addendum and the NMA or applicable SRA, this Addendum shall control.
