NOTICE: This Adobe Partner Connection Program Reseller Agreement, the Adobe Partner Connection Reseller Program Guide, and the terms and conditions, rules or documents incorporated by reference in this Agreement (together, the “Agreement”) form a legally binding contract between you (“Reseller”) and Adobe Systems Software Ireland Limited (“Adobe”) in relation to your resale of Adobe software products (“Software Products”; as defined below).
