The Department of Facility Maintenance, City and County of Honolulu, hereinafter called “DFM” and “City”, respectively, and , hereinafter called “Adopter”, recognize the need and desirability of promoting a clean City and improving the quality and condition of Oahu’s communities by reducing crime and preventing neighborhood deterioration. We, therefore, enter into an Adopt-A-Block agreement to remove litter from a block or a portion of a designated block.

Keep Odessa Beautiful invites all of our citizens in our community to Adopt-A-Block. This begins with one neighbor taking the initiative and our community deciding to make a difference. Anyone can participate: individuals, families, churches, businesses, schools and other groups and organizations. Meet your neighbors, strengthen your community connections and overall choose to be “part of the solution.” Get together with your community to Adopt-A-Block, all cleanup supplies will be provided!
