MOORE COUNTY ANIMAL OPERATIONS serves the County by providing a temporary home for adoptable animals, and by making those animals available for adoption to potential pet owners. There are often animals with characteristics which create difficulty or delay in finding an adoptive home. Intake levels and space constraints create a constant need or opportunity to work with outside agencies in finding permanent placement for the animals. When these conditions occur, it is important for MOORE COUNTY ANIMAL OPERATIONS to partner with entities or organizations whose mission is to assist in the transfer and permanent placement of adoptable animals.
