This Amendment Five to Adult VOD License Agreement (this “Amendment”), effective as of the 18th day of August, 2010, by and between the Colorado Satellite Broadcasting, Inc., a subsidiary of New Frontier Media, Inc. (“CSB”) and Comcast Cable Communications, LLC (“Comcast”), amends the Adult VOD License Agreement, dated October 18, 2002, as previously amended, between CSB and Comcast (the “Agreement”) as set forth below.

("CSB") and Comcast Cable Communications, LLC ("Comcast"), amends the Adult VOD License Agreement, dated October 18, 2002, as previously amended, between CSB and Comcast (the "Agreement") as set forth below.

This VOD License Agreement (this “Agreement”) dated as of October 18, 2002 between Colorado Satellite Broadcasting, Inc., a subsidiary of New Frontier Media, Inc. (“CSB”), and Comcast Cable Communications, Inc., a Delaware holding company, on behalf of its operating subsidiaries (“Comcast”), shall govern all terms and conditions relating to the distribution of adult-oriented on-demand programming content supplied by CSB over Comcast cable systems (the “Systems”).
