of New England Sports Enterprises LLC d/b/a Fenway Sports Management (“FSM”) and the Boston Red Sox Baseball Club Limited Partnership (the “Red Sox”) allowing me to participate in skating activities and/or activities relating to the game of ice hockey on an outdoor ice rink at Fenway Park and/or sledding, snow tubing, and/or other activities on an outdoor snow ramp at Fenway Park (all such activities, the “Activities”), I am agreeing to the terms of this Agreement, including the general waiver and release of liability described below.

This is an acknowledgement and express assumption of risk and release of liability in any way related to me being exposed to or contracting COVID-19 (as defined by the World Health Organization) and any strains, variants, or mutations thereof, the coronavirus that causes COVID-19 and/or any other airborne, aerosolized or surface transmissible communicable and/or infectious diseases, viruses, bacteria or illnesses or the causes thereof (collectively, “Communicable Disease”), during or in connection with my participation in the Activities. By participating in or observing the Activities, I acknowledge and expressly assume the risk that I may be exposed to Communicable Disease. In consideration of the Boston Red Sox Baseball Club LP (the “Club”) allowing me to participate as a volunteer for the “Green Team” and/or activities relating to the collection of recyclables during Major League Baseball games played at Fenway Park (the “Activities”) in Boston, Massachusetts, I voluntarily agree to the terms of this Agreement, including the general waiver and release of liability described below.
