This Non-Exclusive MP3 License Agreement (“the Agreement, this Agreement”), having been made on and effective as DATE AND TIME OF SALE (the “Effective Date”) by and between WILLDELUXEMUSIC.COM (THE “PRODUCER” OR “LICENSOR”), sets forth the terms and conditions of the LICENSEE’S use, and the rights granted in, the PRODUCER’S instrumental music file entitled (The NON-EXCLUSIVE Beat from WILLDELUXE.COM) (the “Beat”) in consideration for Licensee’s payment of $15.00 (the “License Fee”), on a so-called “MP3 License” basis.
