(“Contractor”), 6435 Virginia Manor Road, Beltsville, Maryland 20705, a Maryland corporation, authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the County Board of Arlington County, Virginia (County). The County and the Contractor, for the consideration hereinafter specified, agree as follows:
