This Personal Data Processing Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs the Processing of Personal Data by Adventist Commons is Middle East Association of Seventh-Day Adventist Limited having a registered place of business at 61 Andrea Avraamide, 2024 Strovolos, Cyprus, and a business registration number H.E. 22928 (the “Processor”), operating the online platform available at https://adventistcommons.org and the related services (collectively, “Adventist Commons”). This Agreement governs the Processing of Personal Data submitted by an individual user or entity (the “User”) through Adventist Commons. The Processor and the User are collectively referred to as the “Parties” and each individually a “Party”. The Agreement explains rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the Processing of Personal Data through Adventist Commons, where the Processor acts in the capacity of the Data Processor and the User acts in a capacity of the Data Controller.
