The following Products and Services Terms and Conditions (the “Product Terms”) are incorporated by reference into the Marketing Services Agreement by and between Dex Media, Inc. (also referred to herein as “Publisher”) and Advertiser (the “MSA”), for those Advertisers who purchase products and services formerly provided by YP LLC, Print Media LLC or Yellowpages.com LLC. Together, the MSA, these Product Terms, any applicable product or services terms for other non-YP products, and any Order from Advertiser accepted by Publisher, and any Supplemental Terms constitute the “Agreement”. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the MSA.
