IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY. This Agreement for Advertising and Services, comprised of these Standard Terms and Conditions and the attached Advertising Services Form (collectively, the “Agreement”), is made by and between Weddingpages, Inc., a Delaware corporation, as publisher and/or agent for the publication(s) and/or website(s) listed in the Advertising Services Form (“WP”), and the party whose name appears in the Advertising Services Form (“Advertiser”), as of the date indicated in the Advertising Services Form. This Agreement, including any and all schedules and exhibits hereto, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
