PriceRunner Sweden AB, a ValueClick, Inc. company (“PriceRunner”), and Advertising Partner (“Partner”) (collectively the “Parties”) hereby agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, and those set forth in the Partner Agreement (Partneravtal) (collectively the (“Agreement”), as of the Effective Date set forth on the Partner Agreement. To the extent that there is any inconsistency between the Partner Agreement and these Terms and Conditions, the Partner Agreement will prevail.
