The parties hereto agreed to enter into this Agreement for the Group to sell commercial airtime at its free television channels and to provide integrated value-added marketing solutions and other production related services as referred to in the Schedule (the "Services") to the respective members of CTFE Group, CTFJ Group and CTFN Group subject to the terms and conditions set out herein.
