FOCUS CHARGES Standard banking services Refer to Focus Banking Tariff of Charges Custody holding charge and investment administration (based upon the mid-market value of the securities held at the end of each quarter) 0.25% Minimum annual charge - £150 Dealing charge 0.5% min £50, max £100 per transaction Custody movement – UK & US securities £25 per transaction Custody movement – other securities £40 per transaction Custody movement – hedge funds £80 per transaction Brokerage charges / stamp duties Any market related charges, such as brokerage or stamp duty, will be passed on to the client Duplicate contract notes £2 each Additional ad hoc valuations £25 Duplicate reports £5 per report Annual consolidated tax report £25 Duplicate consolidated tax report £25
