This Agreement commences on the date you accept the terms and conditions by clicking on the Accept button within AdviserNET. By accepting this Agreement as an authorised representative of an AFS licensee you bind that licensee to this Agreement as well as yourself. Your nominated users will be required to bind themselves to this Agreement.
