This Advisor Analytics Pro Agreement (this “Agreement”), is entered into upon your electronic acceptance hereof by and between EMONEY ADVISOR, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“eMoney”), and you, whether you are an individual or entity (“Subscriber”). By electronically accepting this Agreement, Subscriber agrees to and accept each of the terms, conditions and provisions of this Agreement. For purpose of this Agreement, the “Effective Date” shall be determined as follows: for electronic orders submitted on or before the 15th of a given month the Effective Date shall be the 1st of such month; and for electronic orders submitted on or after the 16th of a given month the Effective Date shall be the 1st of the following month. (For the avoidance of doubt, an order submitted on April 14th would have an Effective Date of April 1st, while an order submitted on April 16th would have an Effective Date of May 1st.)
