This ADVISORY AND CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of January 1, 2022 (the “Agreement Date”), by and between MAX INTERNATIONAL. LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“Company”), and VENERABLE HOLDINGS, LLC, a California limited liability company (the “Advisor”).
