This Authorized Affiliate License Agreement (“Agreement”), effective on the date below (the "Effective Date"), is by and between The Publishers International Linking Association, Inc., doing business as CrossRef (“PILA”) and the party listed below (the “Authorized Affiliate”), and sets forth the terms and conditions under which PILA may permit eligible entities to participate in CrossRef Metadata Services (described below). Criteria for eligible entities are set forth in paragraph 2, below.

PRIME TIME, Inc., the undersigned individuals, and the organizations they represent hereby enter into the following license agreement as described hereafter. Upon completion of this document, PRIME TIME, Inc. (licensor) will grant either a 6-‐ month or 12-‐month (see designation below) authorization to the partner organization (licensee) for the use of its licensed material. THIS AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made by and between Training Games Incorporated (TGI), having its principal place of business at 4545 East Hedgehog Place, Cave Creek, AZ 85331 and the TGI Affiliate listed on the bottom of this document. The effective date of this Agreement (the "Effective Date") shall be the latest date set forth on the signature page of this Agreement. This document represents an agreement between TGI and the TGI Affiliate in regard to the sale and distribution of software developed and manufactured by TGI.
