This Affiliates Program Operating Agreement (“Operating Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions that govern your participation in the GandhiServe Affiliates Program (the “Program”). “We,” “us,” or “our” means GandhiServe e.K. “You” or “your” means the applicant. The “GandhiMedia site” means the GandhiMedia website www.gandhimedia.org or www.gandhimedia.com. “Your site” means any site(s) and any software application(s) that you link to the GandhiMedia site.
