This Affinity Developer Agreement (“ADA” together with the Registration Form (defined below), the “Agreement”) is a binding legal agreement between you, the entity or individual identified on the Registration Form as “Developer” (referred to in this Agreement as “you” or “your”) and Affinity (defined below) and governs your access to and use of the Licensed Material (defined below), including any Paid Services (defined below).
