This agreement (“Agreement”) governs the operation of the Affinity Card Program (the “Program”) that Serverside offers to various Affinity Groups, and includes the contractual provisions governing the Program. For the purposes of this Agreement, Serverside refers to Card Partner, Inc. a Delaware company with principal place of business at 37 West 20th Street, Suite 809, New York, NY 10011. “You” or “your” refers to the Affinity Group that applies to Serverside to participate in the Program in the manner set forth below and whose application is approved as set forth in this Agreement.
