This Affirmation of Funding Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into and is effective as of December , 2021 (“Effective Date”), by and among DOC-2101 CHARLOTTE ST MOB, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (f/k/a Hospital Hill Medical Office Building, LLC) ("Charlotte Street MOB"), TRUMAN MEDICAL CENTER, INCORPORATED, a Missouri non- profit corporation (“TMC”), and the LAND CLEARANCE FOR REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI, a public body corporate and politic organized under the laws of Missouri and the ordinances of the City of Kansas City, Missouri ("Authority").
