Whereas, Florida Housing Finance Corporation (“Florida Housing”) has approved an award of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits to the Developer for the Development pursuant to Florida Housing’s Request for Applications RFA 2022-201 Housing Credit Financing for Affordable Housing Developments located in Medium and Small Counties (the “RFA”). In order for Developer to construct the Development on the Land in accordance with its specifications provided in the RFA, Developer and the County intend to utilize Section 125.01055(7) Florida Statutes, to obtain additional density for the Development.
