As the 28 Lead Agencies throughout the State of Florida are the only organizations allowed under Statue to sign Agreements with Early Learning Coalitions, and as Mid Florida Homeless Coalition (MFHC) does not have the staff to meet the referral needs required in Citrus and Sumter Counties, MFHC has chosen to designate organizations that may make referrals to the Early Learning Coalition of the Nature Coast.
