This Partner Agreement provides information about the School Readiness Program and Homeless Families, and includes a copy of the Memorandum of Agreement that was fully executed between the Early Learning Coalition of the Nature Coast and Mid Florida Homeless Coalition. As the 28 Lead Agencies throughout the State of Florida are the only organizations allowed under Statue to sign Agreements with Early Learning Coalitions, and as Mid Florida Homeless Coalition (MFHC) does not have the staff to meet the referral needs required in Citrus and Sumter Counties, MFHC has chosen to designate organizations that may make referrals to the Early Learning Coalition of the Nature Coast.
