This Agency Partner Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into between the entity agreeing to become an Agency Partner Program participant (“Partner”) and WPEngine, Inc. (“WP Engine”) as of the date Partner creates an agency partner account (“Effective Date”) in WP Engine’s partner portal (“Portal”). By clicking “I accept” the person accepting terms represents to WP Engine that they are authorized to enter into this Agreement on behalf of Partner with the intent of entering into a mutually beneficial business relationship.
