This Agreement for Agenda Manager® Services (hereinafter “Agreement”) is made this 11th day of March, 2020, by and between the Capital Area Intermediate Unit (hereinafter “CAIU”), a Pennsylvania Intermediate Unit organized and operating under the Public School Code of 1949, 24 P.S. § 1-101 et seq.,with its principal place of business at 55 Miller Street, Enola, PA 17025, and Big Spring School District (hereinafter “Client”), an educational service agency with its principal place of business at 45 Mt. Rock Road, Newville, PA 17241.
