Note: This is a legally binding contract between you, your Designated REALTOR® (DR), IDX Consultant (consultant) and Realcomp. Simultaneously or prior to submitting this Agreement, your DR must be an Internet Data Exchange Participant (IDXP). This Agreement must be filled out completely and signed by you, your DR, and your consultant. There are no exceptions. Once you have completed and signed the contract, scan and email it to idxsupport@realcomp.com or fax it to Realcomp II Ltd. at 248.553.4244. Realcomp will send information regarding approval and how your consultant may access the data feed.
