This Agent Terms of Service (“Agent TOS”) is between the agent clicking and agreeing to this Agent TOS (“Agent, “you” and “your”) and NRG Kiosk LLC dba Power Kiosk (collectively, “Power Kiosk,” “we,” “our,” and “us”) and governs your access to and/or use of Power Kiosk’s software-as-a-service platform that allows Agent to request pricing from electricity and natural gas suppliers (“Suppliers”) for residential and/or commercial customers with the intent to refer such residential and commercial customers to Supplier for the provision of electricity or natural gas, as the case may be, track and manage its relationships related thereto and request related reports (the “Platform”) and Power Kiosk’s website at https://broker.powerkiosk.com (“Website”). The Platform and Website shall collectively be referred to herein as the “Services”.
