TriAnnot pipeline means the core program written in PERL and object-PERL by INRA UMR 1095, Clermont-Ferrand; INRA URGI Versailles, and in collaboration with NIAS, Japan, that manages the automatic structural and functional annotation of plant genome sequences (BAC, Scaffold, Contigs, Pseudo-molecules). The TriAnnot pipeline uses public & licensed Databanks and public & licensed Bioinformatics Programs. The End User has access to the TriAnnot pipeline through an INRA web service (http://urgi.versailles.inra.fr/index.php/urgi/Tools/Triannot-Pipeline) that requires a personal login and password given after approval by signature of this Agreement & Access Rights.
