This is an agreement among the Department of Defense (DoD), acting through the Military Aviation and Installation Assurance Siting Clearinghouse, the Department of the Army (MILDEP), acting through Assistant Secretary of the Army (Installations, Energy and Environment) (collectively the “DoD parties”), and Priddy Wind Project, LLC (Project Owner). Together, these three entities are referred to as “parties” and individually as a “party.” Any reference to ‘DoD parties’ means both and does not indicate that one party acts for or on behalf of the other. In this agreement, DoD does not include the United States Army Corps of Engineers when engaged in its civil works program, including any permitting actions.
