THIS AGREEMENT is entered into as of July 1, 2012, by and among WestCare Nevada, Inc., a Nevada non-profit corporation ("WestCare"), Carson Tahoe Regional Healthcare, Northern Nevada Medical Center, Prime Healthcare Services, Renown Regional Medical Center, Renown South Meadows Medical Center, (together referred to as the "hospital parties"), and Washoe County, City of Reno, City of Sparks (together referred to as the "Local Governments"), to provide funds for the Community Triage Center, operated by WestCare at 315 Record Street, Reno, Nevada.
