This Agreement and Releases (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 29th day of June, 2007, by and between Convergys Corporation, an Ohio corporation, for itself and on behalf of its subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to collectively as “CONVERGYS”) and William H.
