THIS AGREEMENT, effective the July 1, 2024, (“Effective Date”), is by and between the City of Pittsburg (hereinafter "CITY"), a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of California and located in the County of Contra Costa, State of California, and the Contra Costa County Health Services Department for its Health, Housing and Homeless Services Division (hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR”).
