This AGREEMENT (the “Agreement''), is between County of Calvert, Maryland (the “County''), and Comcast of Maryland, LLC, (“Comcast” or “Grantee”). County and Grantee is each referred to herein as a “Party'' and are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
