AGREEMENT BETWEEN COMMUNITY COLLEGE AND THE CNM EMPLOYEES UNIONAgreement Between Community College And • March 21st, 2019
This Agreement is entered into between the Central New Mexico Community College, hereinafter referred to as the College, and the CNM Employees Union, hereinafter referred to as the Union. It is the general purpose of this Agreement to promote harmonious relations between the Union and the College as well as to establish a peaceful procedure for the resolution of differences and to establish rates of pay, hours of work, and other terms and conditions of employment. Pursuant to such purpose, seeking remedies to issues covered by the Agreement through means other than as indicated in this Agreement is prohibited. This provision of the agreement does not prohibit or limit any right a union-represented employee may have to pursue alternative legal remedies under applicable State or Federal laws.
