This First Amendment (“First Amendment”) is made and entered into by and between the Dallas College (“Dallas College” or “College”) and Legacy21, Inc. a Texas nonprofit corporation d/b/a Legacy Preparatory Charter Academy (“Legacy Preparatory Charter Academy” or “High School”). The College and the ISD may hereafter be individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
