This First Amendment (“First Amendment”) is made and entered into by and between the Dallas College (“Dallas College” or “College”) and (Mesquite Independent School District) (the “ISD”), a Texas secondary education high school, on behalf of Horn High School, Mesquite Academy, Mesquite High School, North Mesquite High School, Poteet High School, and West Mesquite High School (“High School”). The College and the ISD may hereafter be individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
