This agreement provides up to $52,500.00 to construct and provide direct homebuyer assistance at 1010 North 7th Street from Habitat’s 2021 HOME award. This project is the third of four funded with the 2021 award to Habitat. The completed project will provide an energy efficient, newly constructed home for a new homeowner.
