Northwest Educational Development, LLC requires students in its Teacher Preparation Program to complete a series of field placements in K-12 schools. Northwest Educational Development, LLC (“Program”) and Oak Harbor School District (“District”) enter into this agreement to provide for the placement and supervision of Program students (“candidates”) in schools within the District.
