This is an Agreement between City of Panama City, a Florida Municipal Corporation (Owner) and Halff Associates, Inc., a Florida Foreign Profit Corporation (Engineer). Owner's Project, of which Engineer's services under this Agreement are a part, is generally identified as PC22-049 Sea Level Vulnerability Assessment (Project).
