This Agreement, effective upon execution, is entered into by and between the County of Santa Clara (the “County”) and the City of Milpitas (the “City”), in order to provide funding for and establish roles, rights and responsibilities related to preventing and ending homelessness in Milpitas. The County and City are sometimes referred individually as a “Party,” and collectively as the “Parties.”
