PARTIES: This letter of agreement will set forth the work to be provided by the Wright Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) to the County of Wright (County) to deliver engineering services and technical assistance to public drainage projects and other similar programs with a primary focus on installing conservation practices that provide efficient public drainage, improve water quality and reduce flooding.
