This Agreement entered into by the Town of Burlington acting through its Board of Selectmen, hereinafter referred to as the Employer, and AFSCME COUNCIL 93, LOCAL 1703, has as its purpose the promotion of harmonious relations between the Employer and the Union, the establishment of an equitable and peaceful procedure for the resolution of differences and the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work and other conditions of employment.
