Within the period of six months from the date of depositary notification C.N.576.2018.TREATIES-XI.B.31 of 10 December 2018 by which the Secretary-General transmitted to the Governments of the Contracting Parties the text of draft Rule No. 4, none of the Contracting Parties to the Agreement notified its disagreement with the said draft Rule. Therefore, in accordance with article 2 (1) of the Agreement, the draft Rule has been considered adopted as Rule No. 4 annexed to the above Agreement. The date of entry into force for all Contracting Parties is 10 June 2019, pursuant to article 2 (3) of the Agreement.
