THIS AGREEMENT made effective September 1, 2020 and is by and between The School Board of Duval County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (the “OWNER”), and Pond & Company Corporation, a Georgia corporation authorized to transact business in Florida, located at 3500 Parkway Lane, Suite 500, Peachtree Corners, Georgia 30092, Federal I.D. No. 58-1639128 (the “CONSULTANT”) for continuing annual contract services in accordance with s. 287.055, Florida Statutes (2019).
