This agreement, made and entered into this day of , 2014, by and between the political subdivisions which have executed this agreement (the “Members”) pursuant to a resolution of the governing body of each political subdivision authorizing such execution, which resolutions are attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and by this reference made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein.
