This Agreement for Basic Life Support Ambulance and Emergency Medical Services (“Agreement”), is dated as of January 1, 2022 (the “Effective Date”) between Beacon Volunteer Ambulance Corps. Inc., a domestic not-for-profit corporation with offices located at 1 Arquilla Drive, Beacon, NY 12508 (“BVAC”), and the City of Beacon, a municipal corporation with offices located at 1 Municipal Plaza, Beacon, New York 12508 (the “City”). BVAC and the City sometimes are referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
