THIS AGREEMENT FOR ANIMAL LICENSING SERVICES (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between JEFFERSON COUNTY, OREGON hereinafter called “COUNTY,” and PETDATA, INC., a Texas for- profit corporation, hereinafter called “CONTRACTOR,” as of the date last signed by a party as reflected on the signature page of this Agreement (“the Execution Date”).

THIS AGREEMENT FOR ANIMAL LICENSING SERVICES (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the City of Beaumont, a California municipal corporation (hereinafter called “CITY”), and PETDATA, INC., a Texas for-profit corporation (hereinafter called “CONTRACTOR”), as of , 2020 (“the Execution Date”). CITY and CONTRACTOR are referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties” throughout this Agreement.
