Attached hereto for your consideration is a proposed Agreement for annual electrical construction services for the McIntosh and Larsen Power Plants. McIntosh Unit 3 is being prepared for demolition. Critical auxiliary services to the remaining McIntosh fleet that were originally routed through the area where demolition will occur need to be rerouted. To maintain continuity of service, it is essential to have on-site electrical construction contractors that are capable of immediately responding to restore critical power services on an as- needed basis. In addition, electrical construction services will provide support for upgrades at the Larsen Power Plant.
